Ready to Get Started?

Booking your session is easy! Follow the steps below to enroll in services, starting with scheduling your free consultation.

  • The free 15-minute consultation allows us to connect and discuss your goals in a no-pressure environment. It gives you the chance to ask questions, understand how therapy works, and determine if we’re a good fit for each other. I believe this step is crucial in ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in your decision to begin therapy.

  • After the consultation, we can schedule your first therapy session, and the session can be held either via telehealth or in-person based on your preference.

    • Private Pay Clients: I use SimplePractice for scheduling and payment. Payment will be required prior to your session via SimplePractice.

    • Insurance Clients (Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare): I work with Alma for insurance billing. After the consultation, you'll complete intake forms via Alma to confirm your coverage.

    • EAP Clients: I accept Spring Health referrals through your employer’s EAP program.

  • 📌 After booking your consultation, check your email for next steps.

    • After your consultation, you'll receive an email from SimplePractice to set up your client portal, complete intake paperwork, and submit payment before your session.

    • Insurance Clients (Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare):
      Complete intake forms via Alma before your first session.

    • EAP Clients (Spring Health):
      I’ll confirm the referral and next steps with you during the consultation. To book through your employer’s EAP, visit my Spring Health Provider Page.

    For in-person sessions, I’ll provide my office location after our consultation if you choose in-person therapy.

Important Notes


Session Location:
Please ensure you’re in a private, quiet space for your telehealth sessions. If you’re traveling, you must be physically located in Washington, Idaho, or Montana to receive services.

Driving Policy:
For your safety, do not drive during sessions. I cannot provide therapy while you are operating a vehicle.

Cancellation Policy:
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged the full session fee.

Crisis Services:
I am not available for crisis intervention outside of scheduled sessions. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988. If you need an earlier appointment due to an urgent issue, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Confidentiality:
Your sessions are confidential. However, I am legally required to break confidentiality in cases involving abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, serious risk of harm to self or others, or as required by a court order.
